XTF (Xotik Travel and Forex) also offers a broad spectrum of Travel and Related services such as Foreign Exchange, International Money Transfer, Travel Insurance, International and Domestic Leisure Holidays, Corporate Incentive Group Tours (MICE), Destination Management Services, Flight Ticketing, Visa Facilitation, Inbound Travel and Worldwide Hotel Reservations.

LTD. and having a presence in Singapore, Indonesia, USA and India, covering a wide spectrum of areas, such as – M & A Advisory, Project Financial Restructuring and Deal Management. The Promoters of XTF have invested through 100% FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) making it one of the few in India to have FDI in the Retail Foreign Exchange Business. Recently, in 2019, XTF was awarded with a prestigious license of Authorized Dealer Category – II by Reserve bank of India to facilitate cross-border remittances from India under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme. The company provides diverse travel and related services, including foreign exchange, international money transfers, travel insurance, holiday planning, corporate group tours, visa facilitation, and international and domestic flight bookings. Supported by substantial investment from its promoters, Singapore-based Energy Horizon and Blue Resources PTE. LTD., XTF has achieved significant milestones, including securing an Authorized Dealer Category-II license from the Reserve Bank of India in 2019. With a robust presence across 34 locations in India, including metro cities, XTF continues to expand its comprehensive service offerings.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Legal Executive. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, providing expert legal advice on various matters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves managing and advising on property law-related cases, conveyancing, and other applicable legal aspects to support the organization’s operations.
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC

Eligibility & Qualification
- Proficiency and knowledge in Legal Advice and Law
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage Legal Documents
- Experience in Property Law and Conveyancing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of corporate and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in legal research and excellent attention to detail
