Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bhopal for a Legal Advisor at Technotask Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for managing and providing expert advice on legal issues, preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant labor and employment laws, and resolving legal disputes. The role will involve collaboration with internal teams to support business operations and mitigate legal risks while upholding professional legal standards and ethical guidelines.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Law and related legal frameworks
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation and the ability to draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and policies
- Proficiency in handling Legal Issues and providing sound Legal Advice to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to provide guidance on workplace-related legal matters
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; LL.B or equivalent is required, and relevant certifications are an advantage
